After spending years in sales management for a national builder David Poole joined the Redwood team to further capitalize on his Real Estate experience. Having sold homes ranging from first time homebuyers to $4 million+ custom homes he has worked with all levels of buyers and sellers. David’s strong construction background allows him to provide technical insight on a potential property, while his degree from Virginia Tech in Marketing Management gives him the tools to get a property sold. Having marketed & sold homes in Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, and Frederick counties as well as Montgomery County in MD, he has a great sense of the Northern VA market. As a lifelong resident of Loudoun County, David can appreciate all of the changes that have occurred over the years and believes that adaptation is the key to successfully selling Real Estate. David shares his life with his wife Megan and his son Aidan who was born in 2007.
