Stevie has a strong retail background with 13 years in the Cosmetic Industry representing Lancome and Estee Lauder in partnership with Mercantile and Dillard’s. She also worked for Motivational Promotion Company (MPC)—originally as the Operations Manager for the Kentucky Derby Festival Store, and later as a representative for John Deere, Caterpillar and International Harvester promotional products. The Kentucky Derby Festival Store was in the heart of downtown Louisville, where she met her husband Sheridan, who successfully persuaded her to marry him and move to the DC Metro Area.


After arriving in Northern Virginia, Stevie worked as Customer Service Manager for Wills Company, a developer with properties in Tysons Corner, Ballston, Fair Lakes, and Fox Mill. This led eventually to her position as Warranty Service Administrator with JBG Builders for the prestigious Waterview Condominiums in Rosslyn. Stevie parlayed her intimate knowledge of local condominium developments into a real estate license and a new career - bringing to us a good dose of Kentucky charm with plenty of warmth and excitement.
