After graduating from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Housing Design, Brandon started working in the remodeling industry as a project manager. His entrepreneurial spirit then took him to McCall, Idaho, where he owned and operated Housemaster Home Inspections, while also owning a successful video store in which he increased market shares by 73%.

 

After 6 successful years, he felt a calling to try the East Coast. He moved to Washington, NC. and quickly identified a need in this small southern town and opened Washington Café and Coffee Company, filling a niche. At this time he found and married his wife, Rachel. He became involved in the fabric of the community coaching every sport for their 4 active boys. During the economic downturn, he transitioned out of the coffee shop business and worked with a sunroom company. Here he focused on selling, design, and overseeing the installation of custom
sunrooms.

 

In 2008, he decided to go back to school to earn a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. A move to Virginia led to 11 years of working in a field which he loved. He spent many hours talking with his patients and helped them recover from injury and find freedom in movement again. When his office closed, however, he decided to return to his first love of homes and real estate. He is very excited to partner with his friend and mentor, Andrea Maitland, who has over 40 years of experience in the local real estate industry.

 

Brandon and his wife, Rachel, have four boys and a Siberian husky named Storm. After years of coaching his boys through soccer and boy scout leadership, his interests now include golfing, woodworking, sailing, and traveling.

 

Through all of his experiences he has always appreciated the value of finding creative solutions to problems and brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate world.
