Hi! I'm Deb Mullan and I have deep roots in the northern Virginia area. I grew up in Greece and Hong Kong, attended Yorktown HS in Arlington and graduated from George Washington University. My broad background includes employment on Capitol Hill, Department of HHS, and 30+ years in mortgage banking and real estate combined. I am both a Certified Master Gardener and Gardener Volunteer with Fairfax County. Although I should have been a farmer, I chose real estate as my profession!
Because my knowledge extends beyond the bounds of listing and selling homes, I am in a unique position to offer insight into other aspects of real estate which affect the transaction such as appraisals and mortgage financing. I have long standing relationships with contractors, movers, and organizers who can assist you with moving; mortgage bankers who can handle your financing needs, and attorneys who can guide you through the legal aspects of real estate.
My commitment is simple:
- to put your needs first
- to communicate with you in an open, honest, clear, straight forward manner
- to ensure, through negotiation strategies and knowledge of the market, that you pay no more or receive no less than fair market value for your property
- to accomplish this in the easiest and shortest time possible for you.
Give me a call anytime! I look forward to hearing from you!
