Working with Kayla to find our family home was one of the best experiences. She made everything stress‑free, always answering our questions, calming our nerves, and handling every detail before we even had to think about it. What meant the most was how much she cared about this purchase as if it was her own home. She listened to what we wanted and understood what our family needed! When we walked into the house that felt like “the one,” she knew it too. We’re forever grateful for her heart, her dedication, and the love she put into helping us find our dream home. Thank you Kayla for everything!

Kayla was super helpful, fun, & upbeat. She helped us look at (a lot of!) homes & was quick to respond to our questions or our concerns. She always had a positive can-do attitude. Very sweet, too!

Selling our home could have been overwhelming, but Kayla made the entire experience feel completely under control. She guided us through every step and made sure every detail was handled long before we even had to think about it. What meant the most was knowing she wanted the best outcome for us—not just as clients, but as people she loves. Thanks to her, we were able to close this chapter with confidence and step into the next one feeling excited and supported. We’re endlessly grateful for everything she did to make selling our home such a smooth and meaningful experience.

As first-time homebuyers, we were completely clueless about the process, but Kayla made everything so easy and even fun! Her commitment to helping us find the perfect home was incredible, and her communication was outstanding every step of the way. We truly felt supported and informed throughout the entire journey. We absolutely love our house and neighborhood, and it’s all thanks to her! It is everything we could have asked for plus some while staying comfortable. If we ever move, there’s no doubt we’ll be using Kayla again. We recommend her to everyone we know—she’s the best!

Kayla was absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet, personable, knowledgeable, & goes above & beyond to find properties that could potentially meet our needs. She was so awesome booking showings on our short trips from SC & fully represented us in the purchase of our home. We highly recommend Kayla!

With a short notice Kayla drove 2.5 hours to show us a place. She is very pleasant to work with and got us the house we love. Very pleased through the whole process Wish selling our house we would have been able to use her instead

Kayla was the best agent! She was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest! People say buying a home is stressful but Kayla was there for us every step of the way and made buying a home a painless, easy process. I will always recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling their home!

Kayla truly went above and beyond! She is extremely communicative and works with your schedule. You're never left wondering or guessing anything. She's got you! She's great at explaining things on your level. Most importantly, to me atleast, she's honest! I even recommended her to my sister and she got her a home too. She's a true gem!

Kayla gave us great advice when it came to putting in our offer and negotiating with the seller. She was also knowledgeable of other professionals we would need (home inspection) and we really appreciated his services. She also was very knowledgeable of our area and recommended things to check for during our inspection. She was also incredibly accessible any time when I had questions or when I needed to sign documents to continue moving the process forward.
