Linda Threatt - Realtor®
Helping You Find Home
With a strong background in economics, accounting, finance, and community service, Linda brings a unique and thoughtful approach to real estate.
Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, she spent many years in a quasi-government role as an economist, operations research analyst, and statistical program analyst. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA, giving her both the financial insight and strategic mindset today's real estate market demands.
Linda is also a proud mom to two adult children, a loving grandmother to two granddaughters, and a devoted pet parent to her Shih-poo, Latte. For more than eight years, she has opened her heart and home as a foster parent, providing stability and support to children in need - a reflection of her deep commitment to helping others.
Her entrepreneurial spirit runs strong. Together with her then 12-year-old son, Linda operated a successful vending machine business for over seven years. That experience taught her the value of dedication, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships - qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction.
Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, Linda is ready to guide you with integrity, patience, and care.
Let's make your next move your best one yet.
