Michael did a great job explaining not only how he would market our home but the general real estate market and why it would be important to upgrade items like appliances and how that would impact the overall selling price. With this said, he was just explaining options and there was never any pressure to complete upgrades to sell the house. He helped us with ideas and gave us a targeted price that he thought the house would sell for if we did a little work on the house. He was very knowledgable on all areas and even was able to help us get our home reclassified out of the flood zone. We would highly recommend using Michael Burch to anyone.
