I would recommend Deb and Roe highly since they accomplished getting the house sold well past the end of the normal sales season, and in spite of working with non-motivated sellers who showed no flexibility on discuss price. Obviously, this did not make their job any easier but they didn't kick us to the curb but kept on actively trying to sell the property. The final result was a sale price that was acceptable and a good working relationship with Deb and Roe throughout the process.
