I am a native Northern Virginian. Although I was born in DC, we moved to McLean when I was 5, and Alexandria when I was 7. Since I'm the son of a Broker, I've been interested in Real Estate for many years. After college (Vanderbilt), and the Navy (Viet Nam Vet), my wife. Mimi, and I settled in the Richmond area. However, we returned to Northern Virginia in 1985, where I began my Electrical Contracting business in Centreville. However, Real Estate called me, and, in 2003, I went ahead and began my current career.
I finally moved on from the electrical business in 2016, so that I could do what I've enjoyed the most - helping people work their way through the process of both buying and selling properties. As a Broker, I am able to teach the profession, and share my experiences. As a Military Relocation Professional, I take great pride in assisting families as they try to cope with the special stress they experience in their frequent moves. Mimi and I now work together in the Real Estate business, which makes it extra special, and gives us the opportunity to support each other, while we share our expertise with our clients.
