Victoria has been an integral part of the Real Estate Support community since 2011. Her passion for real estate began during a tumultuous market period and has only deepened with each market change that followed.

Victoria joined CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in 2016 as a Corporate Processor. In 2018, she expanded her role to support the Leesburg Branch as an Agent Services Manager. By 2019, she returned to the Processing Department full-time as a Closing Analyst, where her responsibilities grew to include commission processing, transaction audits, corporate operations, and agent onboarding.

In 2023, Victoria further diversified her skills by assisting the Relocation Department with the distribution and processing of corporate leads. In 2024, she embraced a new opportunity as the Agent Services Manager at the Winchester Branch, a role that allows her to be more agent-oriented, supporting agents and their client-facing business. Her favorite aspect of this role is getting to know the agents and helping them succeed.

Born and raised in Loudoun County, Victoria and her family built their home in Winchester in 2020. When she's not running after her two little ones, she loves all things sunshine and enjoys spending time outdoors.
