Karen has been with Redwood for 9 years and is the Representative for everything related to company systems training and day to day operations. She has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business and is a notary for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Karen is a Stafford County native, she loves the great outdoors, when she is not working you will find her hiking, kayaking, enjoying company with friends and family or possibly scuba diving.

Laura Ellis
Marketing and Productivity Manager, Stafford
Laura Ellis joined CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty in 2024 as the Marketing & Productivity Manager for the Fredericksburg and Stafford offices. She has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, plus a background in marketing. Over the course of her career, Laura has had many roles in the industry. She has been a Realtor, Real Estate Assistant and a Transaction Coordinator. She understands what it is like to be an agent, but also knows what goes on behind the scenes in a real estate transaction. Her passion is supporting agents and helping them achieve their career goals. Agents only have so many hours in the day and Laura loves to help them navigate through various tools and technology platforms that help them maximize their impact so they focus on their priorities; their clients and marketing. Outside of work, Laura loves being at home and spending time with her teenagers, husband and the family dog. On weekends, you can find her downtown Fredericksburg having brunch at one of local restaurants.
